Pacific Park Market – Sour Beer Tasting

So, last night I had a Bacchus Belgian Ale, which was a surprise beer for me as I had forgotten where or when I bought the bottle and was just doing a little cellar cleaning. It turned out to be a very nice sour ale. Then after publishing my review, I checked my email and lo’ and behold, there’s a Sour Beer Tasting event this Friday, March 16th, at one of my local craft beer shops, Pacific Park Market. So I’m going to keep riding the Sour Beer train this week.

Beer Tasting at The Copper Door

So I recently had the privilege to attend a beer tasting at the Copper Door representing this fine Blog, BeerSoaked.com. The following is a run down of the Belgian-style beer that  we got to taste as well as some info on the food we sampled as well, courtesy of The Crosby:

Allagash White – a take on a the Blanche wheat beer but brewed in the States, slightly more spicy
