The last beer I had…

was La Citrueille, Celeste de Citracado which is a Stone Collaboration with The Bruery and Elysian Brewing Company. This ale is brewed with pumpkin, yams, toasted fenugreek, lemon verbena and birch bark. Not your typical ingredients but quite tasty, not too very bitter and an ABV at 5.0%.

Fenugreek РTrigonella foenum-graecum) is a plant in the family Fabaceae. Fenugreek is used both as a herb (the leaves) and as a spice (the seed, often called methi in Urdu/Hindi/Nepali). The leaves and sprouts are also eaten as vegetables. The plant is cultivated worldwide as a semi-arid crop and is a common ingredient in many curries.

Lemon verbena –Aloysia citrodora is a species of flowering plant in the verbena family, Verbenaceae, that is native to Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, and Peru. Common names include Lemon Verbena and Lemon Beebrush.[2] It was brought to Europe by the Spanish and the Portuguese in the 17th century.
