Stone Russian Imperial StoutThe other day I saw a recipe for a Stout and Sriracha BBQ Sauce on her site and couldn’t wait for an excuse to try it out. I’m headed to a Bottle Share and Potluck event, and this seems like a perfect reason to make some beer soaked BBQ chicken.

The Stout I chose to use for this recipe is Stone – Imperial Russian Stout. It’s a big bold Stout, 10.5% ABV, with roasted coffee flavors up front, and hints of anise and black currants on the back-end. Sounds like a perfect choice for cooking to me. Continue reading
